We currently have an ongoing shop at several SHOE stores throughout several
states.

Each shop pays $15.00 and is a non purchase visit. The form is a very easy
one-page online form. The shop should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to
complete.

Nationwide Services Group, Inc., is scheduling alcohol compliance
restaurant shops for an American Style Cuisine Restaurant. Please be sure to
read the instructions below and the scenario comments carefully to
determine which type of shop you are applying for.

NEW DINING ROOM SCENARIO! -

These shops pay a $5.00 shop fee. Shopper(s) will be evaluating the
SERVER for alcohol compliance as well as integrity issues. (Do they card
the 21-27yr old before the alcoholic drink is served?)

Shopper(s) can perform the visit ALONE if shopper is 21-27yrs old
and/or can bring 1 guest. This guest must be over 21yrs. Shopper(s) will be
required to sit anywhere they choose IN THE DINING ROOM of the
restaurant.

Shopper 1 will be required to order and consume 1 alcoholic drink,
while their guest (Shopper 2, if applicable) will order a NON alcoholic
drink. Shopper 1 and Shopper 2 will share 1 appetizer and/or any food item
priced $8.99 or less in price to share. Shoppers will be revealing
themselves when the shop is complete to the manager and must be comfortable
in doing so. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, appetizer and
gratuity for the server will be taken care of by the management of the
location and there is no expense to shoppers. *unless parking applies
and/or your State does not allow the comping of alcohol, etc.). Our company
will reimburse shopper in full for any outstanding expense.

To shop the Dining Room in this Restaurant for Alcohol-Age Compliance,
there must be someone 21-27 yrs old (either you or your guest) on each
of these shops and we need that person’s ID on file. The other
shopper/guest must be 21 or over. We only need the 21-27 yr old’s ID on file
who will be doing the alcohol compliance portion of the shop.

If you are 28+ OR 21-27yrs old and NOT willing to drink an alcoholic
beverage you must bring a 21-27 yr old guest who is willing to drink an
alcoholic beverage. The person who is going to drink the alcoholic
beverage will be referred to as Shopper 1 (this can be you or your guest –
your guest does not have to be registered with NSG) and this person must
be 21-27 yrs old.

We will need Shopper 1’s ID (the 21-27 yr old) on file in order to
verify his or her age for the alcohol compliance portion of the shop. The
ID of Shopper 1 will be recorded in your profile. We must have a copy of
Shopper 1’s ID on file BEFORE you can be assigned an alcohol compliance
shop. You may have more than one ID on file, but we do not need the
ID’s for people who are not eligible to act as Shopper 1 (i.e., who are
not 21-27 yrs old and not willing to drink an alcoholic beverage).

Due to the nature of the shops and the wishes of the client, we will
only accept shoppers or guests to act as Shopper 1 who are: U.S.
Citizens, do not have criminal records (this refers to convictions only), and
who have a valid Driver’s License and/or State ID (Nationwide will not
accept passports or military ID’s.).

Other requirements of this shop include:

If 21-27yrs, the shopper can perform their visit ALONE or they can
bring 1 guest only. This guest must be over 21yrs. No children, infants or
other third parties are allowed.

Shopper and/or guest must NOT be current and/or past employees of the
chain restaurant, must not work for a competitor location, must not
frequent the specific location as a “regular customer”, and/or must not
know any employees who work at the location you are applying for. If
either the shopper or the guest is recognized during the visit and/or one or
both of the shoppers recognizes any employees at the location during
the shop, the shop must be stopped right away.

Although not a requirement, NSG prefers persons with integrity and/or
restaurant experience. MSPA certificated shoppers are a plus!

Report:

For each visit, shopper is required to complete a “5-minute” report
online within 12hrs of the visit. The report is a short form, which
concentrates on the alcohol compliance (did they card shopper 1 for the
alcoholic drink?) and any integrity issues. The shop and report does not
concentrate on service or food. Our main objective is to see if they are
using proper carding procedures and/or not serving any intoxicated
persons.

Our new 5-minute report is much shorter than what you are used to.

Reimbursement:

Any additional fees, such as parking at the airports, alcoholic drinks
that are not comped due to State laws, etc., will be reimbursed by NSG.

Payment:

$5.00 shop fee.

Pay period for shoppers is: Any finalized shop received between 1st
-15th is paid 1st week of the following month. Any finalized shop received
between 16th -end of month is paid week of the 15th following month.

APPLYING:

1) You must complete the online registration at
http://www.nationwidesg.com if you have not done so before. There are
around 50 different companies that use the SASSIE software and you must
register with EACH company individually. Please do this before
submitting the ID if possible.

2) If the identification of the 21-27 yr old (drivers license and/or
state id of Shopper 1) is NOT on file already with NSG, please send the
ID in ASAP. If you feel that you have submitted the ID, but have never
received confirmation after submitting it, then we probably did not
receive an acceptable copy.

3) If you apply for multiple locations, please note in the comments
section, how many visits you can actually perform.

4) You may ask for a new date in the comments box or by e-mail, but you
will only receive that date if no one else can go on the original date
and the new date works for the client.

SUBMITTING THE ID:

Please note that if you send the ID to the e-mail address or fax # on
the website instead of those in this post, I cannot guarantee that you
will receive confirmation or that I will get the ID in time for your
shop, if at all.

Option 1:

- I prefer that you SCAN (or use a digital camera) AND EMAIL the ID to
info@nationwidesg.com. We only need to see the Photo, Date of Birth,
Name of the Person. Driver's License Number, and State. All other
personal information can be blackened out. Please save the file as a .jpeg or
.bmp file and email to me.

Option 2:

- If you are faxing the ID, please make sure you ENLARGE the copy and
that it is LIGHT enough to be able to view the Photograph, Date of
Birth, Name of Person, and State clearly. You may fax the ID to
1-800-844-1711 anytime/24hrs day.

Option 3:

- If you do not have access to a scanner, digital camera, or fax
machine, you can send a paper copy by postal service to: Nationwide Services
Group, Inc., Attn: Age Compliance Shop, 10850 Pearl Rd – Unit D4,
Cleveland, Ohio 44136. Important: If the shopper is NOT the person who is
between 21-27yrs old, please make sure that your guest’s ID comes with a
cover letter and/or with your first and last name on the paperwork so
we know whose account to record it in. Please be sure that the copy is
clear and that we can see the name, dob, state, and picture.

When an acceptable copy of the ID is received, your account will be
updated showing that we have the ID on-file.

After the ID .is received, you will be eligible for shops: If you are
selected for a location, you will be contacted with a contract and have
access to SPECIFIC instructions on how to complete the shop and the
report (you may not be able to access the report until the guidelines have
been downloaded).

REFER-A-SHOPPER BONUS PROGRAM!!!

Introducing a new Shopper Referral Program offered to all eligible NSG
Shoppers!
The Shopper Referral Program works like this: If you are a current,
active status shopper for NSG with a report score no lower than an ‘8’,
if you have shopped for NSG within the past 3 months and have a friend
between the ages of 21-27yrs who is willing to sign up as a new shopper
with our company, you may be eligible to receive a $5.00 ‘finders fee’*
for each new shopper you refer to our company! Shoppers will be paid
the $5.00 finders fee if their ‘referral friend’ signs up with our
company as a mystery shopper, submits the proper identification and meets
all requirements of the shop, are assigned a shop by NSG, and If
assigned, they must perform and complete the shop (shop must be accepted and
performed correctly) and must be performed WITHOUT the referring shopper.
Shoppers can refer up to 3 new persons per month and will be paid $5.00

Only experienced shoppers will be considered for these assignments, as they are very detailed and cover many aspects of the dining and bar experience, including precise timings and integrity. out of state license.) The shop is for a rental car counter at the AIRPORT
LOCATIONS LISTED BELOW Here is a run-down of the requirements and expectations:

Yesterday I posted tips for mystery shopping with young children. These are tips for mystery shopping with older children. Hope it helps you have a fun shopping experience.

• Do not tell children you are secret shopping that restaurant. You never know what is going to come out of their mouths!
• Keep an age appropriate Art Caddy. This might include crayons, markers, color book, stickers, etc. As my son got older, he enjoyed activity books more than color books, the variety of activities kept him more busy.
• Bring a sweater or light jacket. Some restaurants keep the Air Conditioner very low. When kids get cold, they get fidgety.
• Don’t go during their scheduled nap time when they tend to be more grouchy.
• Picture book to look at or read.
• Limit sugary and caffeine loaded drinks. We have a rule that when eating out we only order water.
• Chose your shops carefully, you might not want to accept a shop for a seafood restaurant if all of your children hate seafood.
• Order what you know they like to eat. This might not be the time to try something new. If you choose something they don’t like they tend to be ready to leave before you have finished eating.

Most companies are going to ask specific demographic information because that is what their clients are targeting Gender, Household income range, education level, marital status. Additionally, they will also ask the usual, name, address, telephone numbers, Additionally, they ask narrative questions such as:

· What is your work experience?

· Have you done mystery shopping before?

· Why would you make a good mystery shopper?

· Give an example of one of your most memorable shopping experiences.

· List the mystery shopping and/or market research companies (NOT THEIR CLIENTS) that you've contracted with.

· What is the Largest City Near You?

· List the counties that you would be willing to shop.

· List the zip codes you would be willing to shop.

There is a factory in America which makes the "Tickle Me Elmo" toys. The toy laughs when you tickle it under the arm.

A new employee is hired at the Tickle Me Elmo factory, and she reports forher first day promptly at 0800.

The next day at 0845 there is a knock atthe Personnel Manager's door. The Foreman from the assembly line throwsopen the door and begins to rant about the new employee. He complains that she is incredibly slow, and the whole line is backing up, putting the entire production line behind schedule.

The Personnel Manager decides he should see this for himself, so the twomen march down to the factory floor. When they get there, the line is sobacked up that there are Tickle Me Elmo's all over the factory floor andthey're really beginning to pile up. Holiday Eating Tips

1. Avoid carrot sticks. Anyone who puts carrots on a holiday buffet table knows nothing of the Christmas spirit. In fact, if you see carrots, leave immediately. Go next door, where they're serving rum balls.

2. Drink as much eggnog as you can. And quickly. Like fine single-malt scotch, it's rare. In fact, it's even rarer than single-malt scotch. You can't find it any other time of year but now. So drink up! Who cares that has 10,000 calories in every sip? It's not as if you're going to turn into an eggnog-aholic or something. It's a treat. Enjoy it. Have one for me. Have two. It's later than you think. It's Christmas!

3. If something comes with gravy, use it. That's the whole point of gravy. Gravy does not stand alone. Pour it on. Make a volcano out of your mashed potatoes. Fill it with gravy. Eat the volcano. Repeat.

4. As for mashed potatoes, always ask if they're made with skim milk or whole milk. If it's skim, pass. Why bother? It's like buying a sports car with an automatic transmission.

5. Do not have a snack before going to a party in an effort to control your eating. The whole point of going to a Christmas party is to eat other people's food for free. Lots of it. Hello?

6. Under no circumstances should you exercise between now and New Year's. You can do that in January when you have nothing else to do. This is the time for long naps, which you'll need after circling the buffet table while carrying a 10-pound plate of food and that vat of eggnog.

7. If you come across something really good at a buffet table, like frosted Christmas cookies in the shape and size of Santa, position yourself near them and don't budge. Have as many as you can before becoming the center of attention. They're like a beautiful pair of shoes. If you leave them behind, you're never going to see them again.

8. Same for pies. Apple. Pumpkin. Mincemeat. Have a slice of each. Or, if you don't like mincemeat, have two apples and one pumpkin. Always have three. When else do you get to have more than one dessert? Labor Day?

9. Did someone mention fruitcake? Granted, it's loaded with the mandatory celebratory calories, but avoid it at all cost. I mean, have some standards.

10. One final tip: If you don't feel terrible when you leave the party or get up from the table, you haven't been paying attention. Reread tips; start over, but hurry, January is just around the corner. Remember this motto to live by: "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee...

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes."

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

"Now," said the professor, as the laughter subsided, "

I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.

The golf balls are the important things-your God, family, your children, your health, your friends, and your favorite passions -- things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, and your car.

If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal."

Take care of the golf balls first -- the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend."
