Example of Shop Request by a Mystery Shopping Recruiter

This is an example of an "email" request that a mystery shopper might receive from a recruiter. The recruiters will usually send out emails daily to all the shoppers on the email list. When the shoppers reply then the recruiter will choose who they think is best qualified.

On behalf of xyz company, abcScheduling Services has the following movie rental store shops available in Colorado, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Washington State.

Shop dates: Thursday, Friday or Saturday ONLY after 5 p.m.11/7,11/8,11/9

Shopper pay: $10 which includes rental of one movie for one night, 1 drink and 1 package of popcorn

Report: On line submitted within 24 hours

Shop details: Look at displays to see if they are organized. Ask the sales clerk for information about a current movie, were the restrooms clean, Observe customer service and store cleanliness, rent a movie. Make note if the sales clerk suggests extras-drinks, candy, popcorn. If they do then buy what the suggest (maximum $8.50)
