Most companies that use online forms will ask you the same information, the best way to get hired is to be prepared with your standard answers. Most companies are going to ask specific demographic information because that is what their clients are targeting Gender, Household income range, education level, marital status. Additionally, they will also ask the usual, name, address, telephone numbers, Additionally, they ask narrative questions such as:
· What is your work experience?
· Have you done mystery shopping before?
· Why would you make a good mystery shopper?
· Give an example of one of your most memorable shopping experiences.
· List the mystery shopping and/or market research companies (NOT THEIR CLIENTS) that you've contracted with.
· What is the Largest City Near You?
· List the counties that you would be willing to shop.
· List the zip codes you would be willing to shop.
· Provide a minimum of two full paragraphs describing your last casual or fine dining restaurant experience.
· What type of computer do you have access to?
Be sure to read the instructions carefully, some companies will instruct you to complete the application in all capital letter or lower case letters to see if you can follow instructions. They also ask the narrative questions to evaluate your writing skills. Be sure to watch your spelling, and punctuation. Be sure to include under qualifications any equipment you have that will help you be a reliable shopper (transportation, fax machine, lap top computer, camera, email). You might also want to mention that you are available for last minute shops.
